This place had a charming atmosphere with a good number of spacious rooms, plus I loved having air conditioning, decaf coffee, and a cozy carpet in the room.

The bathroom in my queen room was clean.

Everything here was great, I would stay here again. My stay was very comfortable on a road trip. The hotel had indeed a marvellous location in a nearby strip mall. What's more, it was just off Ruby Falls and Incline Railroad as well as which is a great location for visiting the area attractions.

The room here recently got a makeover, and it's pretty spacious. You'll find central heating to keep you warm, a multi-channel TV for entertainment, and a cozy sitting area 🛋️.

The restaurant serves hot Asian food.

Decent food, neat room with the air conditioner running, bathroom. Favourable, prime location in the good area.

Had a pleasant stay with my pets for 1 night. Well-decorated and brand-new room with three beds was enjoyable. Everything was very good. I appreciated being there.

Close to Ruby Falls

I'm still waiting on refund due to air conditioning semi not working, had to call a staff member to fix tv, and bathtub was backed up, carpets in all areas needed to be steamed vac!...for price I had to pay, I would had went somewhere else..I wouldn't grade it of the 5.8 it gives....staff was good, but overall I would give a 3.5

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. Lots to choose from. Location was great. Room was nicely decorated.

Carpet through out the hotel had many stains. The carpet in our room turned my sons socks & feet black. Bathroom steamed up when taking a hot shower needs exhaust fan.

This venue has charming, updated rooms with a pleasant staff, offers decent meals, and is located very close to Logan's Steakhouse, various restaurants.

Convenient location - close to everything we needed. The room had recently been renovated and was a good size, especially after the bathroom upgrade. 🌟

The place was very clean and smelled clean the rom was awesome the pool was excellent and had just received a 98% from DHEC all of the staff were very friendly and helpful housekeeping was great and prompt we will definetly stay there again

The only thing I could see that could be improved is the breakfast only 2 items that were hot always sausage and either cinnamon French toast,omletes just one day there was scrambled eggs this is not a full buffet

location - close to Lookout Mtn and city Room had all the basics, beds were comfy, breakfast was good variety

The rooms were spotless, which was great. The staff here were super friendly and really helpful - they made our stay even better. We loved that our rooms had a fridge and a microwave. It was a nice surprise to have a shower and a hairdryer available, too! 💫

We had no favorite moment. The time we stopped in was to early and we asked mgr if we could cancel which she did. She gave us name of another Clarion in Murfreesboro which is where we continued on to. From what I could see was good mgmt./staff and clean hotel. Will stay there if in that area again.
